Shipping - Delivery

All items are post FREE within Australia. 

Orders are Posted daily at 3pm.

We will notify you when the item is shipped and provide you with tracking number if applicable.

All  Items over $40 or 20mm thick are send with tracking.

Optional  :  Items below $39.99 incur $3.00 tracking fee.

Please note:  Aust post can take up to 10 days to deliver.

International postage

Important: It is customer's responsibility to pay import duty, tax, or any other related expenses.

Cpap-hub.com.au is not responsible for any delay or loss caused by Customs.

If the package is returned by Foreign Customs, 

  1. We will contact you customers for another delivery. The customer is responsible for the second shipping cost, plus the return shipping cost (if any)
  2. If the customer decided to cancel the order, we will charge the shipping cost, the return shipping cost (if any), plus 15% of restocking fee.
  3. The remaining payment will be credited to customer's PayPal account
