Terms and Conditions

Credit cards : are handled by PayPal, payments are instant and traceable.

If you use your credit card through PayPal, credit card details stay with paypal.

Direct deposit : you can either transfer the funds via internet banking or

visit any Commonwealth Bank or other Bank to deposit funds over the counter.

Our bank account details will be clearly shown on the invoice.

Direct deposit usually takes 2 days for transfers.

Due to health regulations returns are not accepted. However we will replace faulty item.

All our products carry 3 months warranty . If a product is faulty we will repair or replace it FREE of charge.

Return Shipping to be paid by buyer, unless item defective or damaged.

All returns must be MUST be returned in their original packaging. An administration fee of 20% applies.

Please request a Return Authorization Number (RAN) from sales@cpap-hub.com.au

Items without RAN number will not be accepted. The customer is liable for returning postage costs.
